In Novorossiysk, a criminal case of attack on natives of Armenia was sent to court

On February 20, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory announced that a case was sent to the Primorsky District Court of Novorossiysk for consideration on the merits of the attack and beating of a group of young people born in Armenia on June 22, 2009 in the village of Verkhnebakansky.

The prosecutor's office of the city of Novorossiysk approved the indictment under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of objects used as weapons, motivated by national hatred, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement) against three young people.
