The case of “Russian Wahhabis” has been sent to court

On February 21, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Stavropol Territory announced that the case of Viktor Dvorakovsky and Vladimir Skirko had been submitted to court.

Recall that Dvorakovsky was detained in July 2011 and charged under Part 1 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of explosive devices), part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illicit trafficking in explosive devices) Part 1 of Art. 30 h. 1 tbsp. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation to commit a terrorist act), art. 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer). His case was merged with the case against another resident of Pyatigorsk, who was detained in March 2011 and charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national and religious hatred) and part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition and possession of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale).

The Deputy Prosecutor of the Stavropol Territory approved the indictment against Dvorakovsky accused under Part 1 of Art. 30 h. 1 tbsp. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Art. 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. V. Skirko is charged under Part 1 of Art. Art. 282, part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
