The far right against Pussy Riot

February 22, 2012 on far-right websites on the Internet information began to spread about the scandalous "punk prayer" in the Cathedral of Christ savior with the personal data of five members of the Pussy Riot group (in the action itself 4 girls from the group took part). Most of the comments are accompanied threats of reprisals against activists, and representatives of the Cossack society "South-East" generally offered to give them " to the court parishioners ."

For the first time, the names and photographs of the girls were published in article signed by the former head of the "Russian Image" Yevgeny Valyaev in his blog and on the far-right Modus-Agendi website. On the same day, in addition to the addresses of the same 5 girls appeared on the network: they were posted in in his LiveJournal, a right-wing blogger with the nickname collahost, who claims that he is a specialist in non-anesthetized amputation paces. The data that got on the Internet was, apparently, taken from the materials of the Department of Internal Affairs "China Town", where those same 5 girls ended up after another actions of the group "Pussy Riot" - a concert at the Execution Ground on January 20 of this year. Then the activists were detained, their data was copied, and they themselves were sentenced to a fine of 500 rubles each.

However, as it turned out later, two of the five members of the group, whose data appeared on the network, in fact, they did not take part in this action. In addition, the authenticity of the data of two more girls is questionable - rather in all, they told the policemen from the Kitay Gorod police department fictitious names and addresses. The journalists failed to contact the fifth possible participant of the performance; the fact of her presence at the action is also not confirmed.
