In March 2012, it became known that the case against followers of Said Nursi Andrei Dedkov, Alexei Gerasimov, Fuzuli Askarov and Yevgeny Petria, initiated in 2010 by the investigative department of the FSB for Krasnoyarsk Territory, was transferred to the Magistrate's Court of Plot No. 80 of the Sovetsky District of Krasnoyarsk and was terminated there due to the expiration of limitation period. The decision of the world court came into force on March 6.
Andrei Dedkov and Yevgeny Petriy were charged with Part 1 Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization), to Alexei Gerasimov and Fuzuli Askarov - under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in activities banned organization).
Recall that this is the first criminal case known to us in against alleged supporters of Nursi. We do not consider it legal to prohibit "Nurcular", nor the ban on the books of theologian Said Nursi, all whose followers are considered members of this organization.
