March 13 2012, the full text of the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court became known Krasnodar on a complaint about the recognition of the refusal to register the movement "Pride House in Sochi" (the operative part of the decision to recognize the refusal of the Chief Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory was made public on 20 February 2012).
The court noted that " the goals of the movement ... such as formation of an understanding of the need to fight against homophobia, the creation positive attitude towards LGBT athletes "violate" the society's ideas of what is good and evil, good and bad, vice and virtue " and concluded that " ...the activity of the movement entails propaganda non-traditional sexual orientation, which may lead to undermining security Russian society and state, incite social, religious hatred and enmity, which is also a sign of the extremist nature of the activity, in addition, it can undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation due to reduction of its population ."
One of the founders "Pride House in Sochi" Nikolai Alekseev announced his intention to appeal decision.
