The Moscow Regional Duma wants to introduce content filters into Internet cafes

On March 14, 2012, the plans of the Moscow the regional Duma to oblige computer clubs of the Moscow region to introduce content filters, similar to those introduced in Russian schools. According to the plan of the deputies, teenagers will not be allowed into clubs that have not installed filters.
