Attack on a Vietnamese citizen in Ulyanovsk

On March 3, 2012, a Vietnamese citizen was beaten up on Ryabikov Street in Ulyanovsk. A 25-year-old resident of the city of Ulyanovsk beat and kicked the victim on the head and fled the scene. From the received wounds the victim has died in a hospital of one of medical institutions.

The suspect was arrested. SO SK for the Ulyanovsk region opened a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm resulting in death).
