The Supreme Court of Tatarstan did not confirm the ban on Scientology materials
On March 19, 2012, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan canceled decision of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court dated August 24, 2011 on recognition of 13 Scientology materials as extremist.
The case was returned to the city court of Naberezhnye Chelny for a new review.
