The court confirmed the illegality of the Balashikha administration’s refusal to commission a Baptist prayer house

March 15, 2012 Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal Moscow considered the appeal of the administration of the urban district of Balashikha to the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region dated November 23, 2011 on recognition as illegal the refusal of the administration to extradite the Church of evangelical Christian-Baptist "Ark" permission to commission the building prayer house.

The court refused to satisfy the complaint of the administration and left the decision of the arbitral tribunal unchanged. Sources
