On March 19, 2012, hearings on the case of Viktor Dvorakovsky and Vladimir Skirko began in the Stavropol Regional Court.
V. Dvorakovsky is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 30, part 1, art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation for a terrorist act), art. 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (encroachment on the life of law enforcement officers), part 1 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of weapons), part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal trafficking in weapons), part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity) and part 1 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud). V. Skirko is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity) and part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illicit drug trafficking).
