Arrest of E. Samutsevich appealed

20th of March 2012, it became known that the defense of Ekaterina Samutsevich, the third of the alleged participants in the action punk band "Pussy Riot" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, filed a cassation complaint against decision of the Tagansky District Court.

Recall that the arrest of E. Samutsevich, the third of the alleged participants in the action in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, was sanctioned by the Tagansky District Court of Moscow on March 16, 2012.

Let's repeat that we do not consider the excitement against the members of "Pussy Riot" cases under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation lawful.
