Ekaterina Samutsevich's defense complaint was rejected

On March 28, 2012, the Moscow City Court did not satisfy cassation of the defense third of the alleged participants in the action of the punk band "Pussy Riot" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior against the decision of the Tagansky District Court.

Previously, complaints about the arrest of two more members of “Pussy Riot by Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alekhina.

We repeat that we do not consider excitement against participants of "Pussy Riot" cases under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation lawful.
