In connection with the posting of a terrorist article on the Internet, a search was carried out in the apartment of the head of the Islamic Committee

On March 27, 2012, as part of an investigation into the publication of an article “The Role of Women in Jihad” on the Internet, containing calls for terrorism, FSB officers conducted a search in the apartment of Heydar Dzhemal, the head of the Islamic Committee.

According to FSB officers, the search was carried out “ for the presence of extremist literature ” and is due to the fact that “ the article was posted from a computer located in the office of the Islamic Committee .”

The said article was signed by Yusuf Al-Iyeri and published on the website of the Islamic Committee on December 31, 2008.
