On April 3, 2012, searches were carried out in the homes of local ultra-rightists in Novgorod as part of a criminal investigation into a terrorist attack. March 20, 2012 at K.T. "Rus", near the Caucasian shawarma. The case of the explosion was initiated under part 1 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of explosive devices).
In particular, the search took place at the home of Roman Pavlov, the organizer most far-right events in the city, including "Russian Runs". Earlier, R. Pavlov was convicted under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred). During the search, a laptop, files from the newspapers Severnoye Slovo, SPb282, leaflet "There will be no mosques, there will be a Russian landscape."
