In the Moscow region, the court upheld the monastery's claim against a children's rehabilitation center

On March 20, 2012, the operative part was published decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region dated March 6 on the claim of Krestovozdvizhensky Jerusalem Stauropegial Convent to the Administration of the Leninsky Municipal district of the Moscow region and the rehabilitation center "Childhood". The plaintiff requested to withdraw the rehabilitation center has a part of the land plot, “to declare invalid” the right center for indefinite use of the site and restore the right of the monastery to permanent perpetual use of the site.

The court denied the monastery's claim against the district administration, but satisfied the claim to the rehabilitation center: the right of the center for the indefinite use of the site declared illegal, a plot of 5673.7 sq. m seized in favor of the monastery.

On April 9, it became known that the consideration of the appeal complaints rehab center scheduled for April 20.
