Moscow: fine for selling a banned book

In April 2012 the world the judge of the court district No. 179 of the Ramenki district of the city of Moscow issued decision on an administrative case on the dissemination of extremist materials (art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

The case was initiated against the seller of one of the capital stores of Ivan Kozhukharenko, who was accused of selling A. Klimov's book " Poisonous fish (Zionists and Freemasons in Japan) ”, which is included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 456).

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced to a fine.
