In Ufa, a case of publishing xenophobic materials on the VKontakte network was brought to court

In April 2012 in the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan there were completed the investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The case was initiated against a 23-year-old student of the faculty philosophy and sociology of one of the Ufa universities, which was accused of he published from April 2010 to October 2011 on his page in social network "VKontakte" several racist images and texts.

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The case has already been transferred to the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa for consideration essence.
