April 10, 2012 it became known that came into force decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Vladivostok dated March 6, 2012 on recognition extremist 11 materials confiscated during a search from citizen G.:

Brochure "Aqida of the Foundations of Islamic Belief" (place of publication: Vladivostok, year of publication: 2006);
the book "100 Tips for Islamic Youth" without an author;
book "How we understand monotheism" auth. Muhammad Ahmad Bashamil;
book "On the question of clothing", ed. Maulana Saiyidid Abul Ala Maududi;
book "Removal of doubts" ed. Muhammad ibn Suleiman at-Tamimi;
The book "What a Muslim Believes (Basic Concepts of Faith in the Form of Simple questions and answers);
book "Pillars of Islam and Faith" auth. Muhammad ibn Jamil Zinu, editor Muhammad Abdullah;
the book "Faith in Good and Evil Predestination" without an author;
the book "Three Principles and Their Proofs" without an author;
Brochure “Hizbut-Tahrirul-Islomiy Khakida. In a Russian context, a brochure called - "O Hizbut-Tahrir Islamiya (Islamic Freedom Party). Translated to pamphlets by Kudaev Rasul and Astemirov Anzor with partial corrections.
The initiator of the lawsuit to recognize these materials as extremist became the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Vladivostok.
On June 13, 2012, these materials were included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under the numbers 1212-1222.
We have reviewed some of the data religious writings. From our point of view, the books "Aqida of the foundations of Islamic beliefs” (meaning, obviously, “Islamic Akida (doctrine, belief, view) according to the Holy Quran and reliable sayings of the prophet Muhammad! Muhammad bin Jamil Zinu, previously recognized as an extremist decision of the Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok dated July 9, 2008 and already included to the Federal List), Pillars of Islam and Faith by the same author, and doubts" and "Three principles and their proofs" by Muhammad ibn Suleiman at-Tamimi do contain positive assessments of the armed struggle against infidels and harsh measures against apostates or strong anti-Semitic remarks.
With the texts of the compositions "Faith in predestination good and evil” and brochures “IMAM ISLAM NAMAZ” and “On Hizbut-Tahrir Islamiya (Islamic Freedom Party)" (the latter is most likely already included in the Federal List under a different name) we could not get acquainted.
As for the rest four religious works, “On the Question of Clothing” by Maududi, “What the Muslim" Zinu, "How We Understand Monotheism" by Muhammad Ahmad Bashamil and brochures “100 Tips for Islamic Youth”, in our opinion, they do not contain no calls for violence. As we have repeatedly pointed out, the religious writings only because their authors are convinced of the truth and the uniqueness of their faith, seems to us unlawful and, moreover, absurd practice.
