In Omsk they are fighting against the newspaper "Solidarity"

On April 11, 2012, the central trade union newspaper Solidarity reported that on April 4, 2012, the administration of the Porous Materials Plant in Omsk banned distribution of the newspaper among the workers as "extremist". According to the chairman of the trade union committee of the plant Roman Ermakov, general manager and chief engineer " banned distributing the newspaper because it is extremist and calls for seizure of power in the country ." At the same time, the leaders found it difficult to point to specific examples of appeals.

R. Ermakov also suggested that by depriving trade union members necessary information (the newspaper publishes practical advice on upholding constitutional labor rights), the administration is trying to prevent the struggle employees with violations of labor legislation at the enterprise.

The newspaper "Solidarity" is a registered mass media outlet (declared circulation - more than 30 thousand copies), has been successfully operating since 1990, distributed throughout the country, including by trade union subscription.
