12 April 2012, the Directorate of the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia in Privolzhsky federal district reported that Yalchiksky the district court of Chuvashia recognized as extremist texts sent to 49-year-olds a resident of the village of Verkhnee Timercheevo by e-mail mail in the editorial office of the media ("People first sub-race", "Christianity/Muslim", "Khairutdin Gimmadeevich Gimadutdinov", "In the ancient world, all people spoke", "I'm surprised and don't understand", "I made a discovery.doc", "Truth=teres.doc").
The application to the court was sent by the prosecutor of the Komsomolsk district. According to the conclusions psychological and linguistic research of specialists of the Chuvash laboratory forensic examinations, the mentioned files " contain statements containing a negative assessment and expressing hostility, hostility towards Orthodox Christianity. In addition, they have derogatory remarks towards certain nationalities .
Recall that in August 2011 the same court sentenced the distributor these files under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) to 180 hours of compulsory work.
We were not able to get acquainted with the files recognized as extremist, because They are not here in open access. However, we note that the publicity criterion is a basic one. for the composition of Art. 282, and sending files by e-mail is not public in any way statement. Moreover, we do not consider expedient to replenish the already huge "Federal List of Extremist materials" at the expense of files, the distribution of which (against which, in fact, the list is directed) is clearly not expected in the future.
