"Red Tarzan" was transported to Moscow for a second forensic examination

Vyacheslav Datsik, nicknamed "Red Tarzan, accused of robbery and arson of a church, was transferred to Moscow to undergo a forensic medical examination at the institute Serbsky Psychiatry. This was announced on April 16, 2012 by Datsik's lawyer Vadim Degtyarev.

At the last meeting, the judge granted petition of the state prosecutor for the appointment of Datsik for a second forensic psychiatric examination.

Recall that the case of Datsik and Pavel Stepanov, accused of attempting to set fire to the parish of St. Seraphim of Vyritsky on Zagrebsky Boulevard (art. 30 part 3, art. 167 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), heard in the Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg.
