Lecture by the director of the SOVA center on manifestations and counteraction to radical ethno-xenophobia in Russia

On April 7, 2012, Alexander Verkhovsky, director of the Sova information and analytical center, gave a lecture at the Sakharov Center at the School of Human Rights on manifestations of radical ethno-xenophobia in Russia and methods of countering it by the state.
