Criminal case for selling Mein Kampf

April 24, 20121  initiation of a criminal case under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity) against a 45-year-old Muscovite. According to law enforcement agencies, November 29, 2011 at Manezhnaya Square during the control procurement operatives of the Center "E" of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow for 2.5 thousand rubles bought from a second-hand book dealer published in Moscow in in the mid-90s of the last century, the two-volume Mein Kampf, included in the federal list of extremist materials.

Bookinist was released on bail.
