The prosecutor's office demands that the article "The Unconquered Caucasus" be recognized as extremist

On April 24, 2012, the Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office announced that it had sent a statement of claim to the Proletarsky District Court of the city of Rostov-on-Don with a demand to recognize the information materials "Invincible Caucasus" as extremist.

According to the results of a study by the forensic center of the Main Directorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Rostov Region, statements were found in the materials that “substantiate and justify the need for enmity between groups of persons united on the basis of origin, nationality, attitude to religion. The text contains statements calling for the violation of the integrity Russian Federation, as well as justifying the need for the Caucasian republics to leave the Russian Federation.

The site muslim-ru.com is currently unavailable, but the text "Invincible Caucasus" is posted on many sites and forums. It tells about "Russia's repeated offensive on the Caucasian lands" (Quote: "The Russians have never been brothers for the Muslims of the Caucasus and were not even brothers for Christian Georgia and Armenia, and other non-Muslim nations"). The author also calls for Dagestan's secession from Russia in order to "free itself from slavery" and, in his concluding remarks, turns to Allah with a request to give "the courage to be in the ranks of the Mujahideen and make us martyrs!"
