The investigation into the case of another attack by Borovikov and Voevodin has been completed

On April 24, 2012, the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg announced the completion of the investigation of the criminal case against 27-year-old Alexei Voevodin. This time, the neo-Nazi is charged under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim).

It follows from the materials of the criminal case that Voevodin and Dmitry Borovikov (instituting a criminal case was refused due to his death) on the evening of February 3, 2004, near one of the houses on Dachny Prospekt, during a conflict with a group of young people, stabbed one of them several times . The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died a few hours later.

The prosecutor approved the indictment in the criminal case, in the near future it will be sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
