On April 23, 2012, a criminal case against 18-year-old Georgy was transferred to the Moscow City Court Golovanov and 21-year-old Yevgeny Marenchuk. They are charged under Art. 161 (robbery), part 2 of Art. 105 (murder), part 3 of Art. 111 (causing grievous bodily harm), Part 2 of Art. 115 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The indictment was approved by the deputy of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor.

Golovanov and Marenchuk are accused of attacks motivated by hatred against a native of Tajikistan E. Kayumov and a native of Mongolia B. Purevdorzhu in May 2010 near the Moscow-Stankolit platform, the murder citizen of Uzbekistan M. Avezov and an attack on Streletskaya Street on a native of Kyrgyzstan N. Mamatov.
