On April 27, 2012, the Federal List of extremist materials”, paragraphs. 1157. The video "Skins cut chocks" was added to the list.

Update of the Federal List of Extremist Materials of April 27 2012:

1. The video “Skins cut the chock”, posted on the website information - telecommunications network "Internet" "vkontakte.ru" ( decision of the Syktyvkar City Court of the Komi Republic dated February 3, 2012). Recall that for the publication of this video, 18-year-old Antonov Vostrikov was convicted in July 2011 under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). Note that under the name "Skins cut chocks" was posted on a social network the famous video "The execution of the Tajik and the Dag" is already recognized extremist decision of the Maykop City Court of the Republic of Adygea from 05/27/2008 and included in the list (paragraph 265).
