On April 27, 2012, the Moscow City Court rejected a supervisory appeal against the sentence of Ivan Belousov, who was convicted in 2009 for complicity in the explosion on Manezhnaya Square.
In her complaint, Belousova's lawyer drew the attention of the judges to the fact that the time set by the court for the alleged installation of explosives near the lamppost pillar does not coincide with the time the convict was there. "Eat video recording from the State Duma surveillance cameras, and there is also a recording where in fact, Belousov was at the Okhotny Ryad station. coincides, which justifies my client," said the lawyer, insisting that the court's verdict is based on assumptions and not on facts.
The complaint was dismissed for lack of evidence.
