Lawyer Khasavov now seems to have changed his mind and tries to concretize his words about the Sharia court. REN-TVshniki, obviously, they knew in advance that he had some kind of such a radical position on this issue, so we went to him. It turned out interesting, nothing Will not say. I don't know what they edited or how, but still what Khasavov said, then said, and it is difficult to understand it differently.

A person has the right to believe that it is necessary to introduce Sharia everywhere where they live Muslims, as Khasavov said. But what he can't do is introduce Sharia without prior notice, besides, it is generally incompatible with the existing state law. If Khasavov talks about private matters, family relationships and petty disputes, then this is just possible - true, it is not clear who is preventing this and why it is necessary to fill something with blood in order to achieve this.

We have a regulation on the arbitration court, which presupposes the possibility of creating private courts. In principle, any person can name yourself by a private arbitration tribunal and resolve any issues that are subject to arbitration. They can be guided by any considerations - this the same as going to ask a neighbor to solve some dispute.

If Sharia courts are of this kind, then this is not contrary to the law, although it will be necessary, of course, to understand the details. But it is not conflict situation. As a matter of fact, they already exist, only are not called that: people go to the imam (just like the Orthodox priest) with some controversial issues of his own, and he says that you have to do it like that. And people do so voluntarily. That's what it is arbitration.

More than once I heard with my own ears from different people judgments built according to this scheme: let us live our own way, otherwise something bad will happen. This, unfortunately, happens often. And often such statements are true. perceived by listeners as a threat, just thinly veiled.

As for Khasavov's words, let the prosecutor's office check whether there are them constitute a crime. If there is, then I suppose this is the 280th article of the Criminal Code (“public calls for a violent change constitutional order of the Russian Federation). But maybe he doesn't. IN In this case, it seems to me that the very fact of the prosecutor's check can have a sobering effect on a person who is so controls his performances when he speaks in front of the TV camera.

Why REN TV made this story, I don't know. Lots of options. Maybe there was right moment, or maybe they just found such a talkative man and could not resist not to make such a "cheerful" report. At the same time, they accompanied him with shots of executions, which he clearly did not mean. Khasavov. I think he didn't talk about criminal justice after all. Sharia law, so the entire video sequence has nothing to do with the case.

Apparently, the authors of the plot wanted to show that among us there are radical Islamists. In general, yes, they are present. But little is an idiot, even if he is a radical Islamist, will insist on the creation of a Sharia court on criminal cases. Nobody talks about things like that if he's on legal position. Therefore, of course, the TV people framed Khasavova. But he himself is to blame - who pulled him by the tongue?
