Muslim women allowed to change judges

April 27, 2012 Ufimsky the district court upheld cassation Muslim women's complaint defendants under part 1, 2 Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization and participation in it). Women suspected of belonging to Hizb ut-Tahrir, asked to leave their case in the magistrate's court Kalininsky district of Ufa and not pass it on to the world court for the Ordzhonikidzevsky district. In their opinion, the judge of the Ordzhonikidze court "already condemned twice Muslims in trumped-up cases."

Recall that we are talking about on the second cassation: on March 13, 2012, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan transferred the consideration of the criminal case to the Kalininsky District Court of Ufa, the Kalininsky Court did not satisfy the complaint of Muslim women, which led to another cassation.
