Criminal case for distributing anti-Semitic leaflets

On April 27, 2012, the Investigative Committee of the RF Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory announced the initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) against a 55-year-old resident of Minusinsk, suspected of committing a crime.

According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the suspect distributed anti-Semitic leaflets at the Zarechny market in Minusinsk.

This was revealed by employees of the Center "E" of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Federal Security Service for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
