In St. Petersburg, the investigation into the case of another member of the NS\/WP group has been completed

In May 2012, St. Petersburg completed investigation into the case of the leader of the neo-Nazi group NS / WP, 21-year-old Georgy Timofeev . It is reported that the young man made a pre-trial deal with the investigation and therefore his case was separated into a separate proceeding.

Among other things, he is accused of committing 7 murders, 4 assassination attempts, not bus stop bombings .

The young man is charged with pp. "a, f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of 7 people motivated by national hatred); p.p. "a, c" part 2 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred with the use of violence); part 3 Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, p.p. "f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder motivated by national hatred); p.p. "a, c" part 2 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act); h.h.1.3 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production explosives); Part 3 Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession of weapons).

In addition to him, 10 more people are involved in the case of the group: Valentin Mumzhiev (1990), Vladimir Mumzhiev (born 1986), Hermann Wengerveld (born 1989), Kirill Prisyazhnyuk (born 1987), Artem Zavialov (born 1991), Arseniy Miroshnichenko (born 1990), Dmitry Abalishin (born 1992), Roman Veits (1990 born), Dmitry Nedugov (born 1992) and a minor Evgeny K.
