In May 2012, the Leninsky District Court of the city of Stavropol satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office and recognized Boris Stomakhin's article "You will be free, Caucasus!" as extremist.
It is reported that the article contained positive ratings deportations, repressions against Russians and negative assessments of them.
The decision of the court has not yet entered into force.
Recall that in 2006 B. Stomakhin was convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred) and Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public prizes for carrying out extremist activities) for publishing the newsletter "Radical Politics".
