Photocopier was confiscated from Voronezh NGOs in vain

On May 12, 2012, it became known that the Investigative Committee for Voronezh region, based on the results of the pre-investigation check, refused to initiate case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity) and ch. 1 and 2 Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (organization of an extremist community) due to lack of composition crimes.

Recall that the verification was carried out on the fact publications in the student newspaper "Transition" in the spring of 2010 parody article " Youth - for totalitarianism and lack of freedom ". 20th of March 2012, employees of the Center "E" searched the House of Human Rights, where a number of regional NGOs are based, and seized a copier, motivating their actions to information from the FSB that it "prints extremist materials." The device was returned 10 days later.
