In Samara, the prosecutor's office is fighting a swastika on a house

On May 15, 2012, the prosecutor of the industrial district of the city of Samara initiated cases of an administrative offense under Art. 10.4 Laws Samara region "On administrative offenses in the territory Samara Region" in in relation to the chairman of housing cooperative No. 33 Mikhaleva Alevtina and housing cooperative No. 33. This is a violation of Art. 3 of the Federal Law "On counteracting extremist activity", art. 6 of the Federal Law "On the perpetuation of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", paragraph 29 of Chapter 16 of Section 4 of the Rules for Improvement, Cleanliness and Order on the Territory of the city of Samara, approved by the decree of the head of the city of Samara dated 06/10/2008 No. 404.
