A criminal case has been opened into the abuse of a compatriot by “Kyrgyz patriots”

On May 30, 2012, it became known that a criminal case was opened in Kyrgyzstan on the fact of bullying in Moscow by members of a Kyrgyz gang of their 20-year-old compatriot for being she met with a young man "of a different nationality".

According to the victim girl, in February 2012, one of the attackers "figured out" her on the Internet in one of the social networks. Later, on the street, he began to “beat me with a belt, wrote it down on a mobile phone, and then called his friends. They told nasty things about me to all the Kyrgyz they met, asked where I lived ... they brought me to an apartment ... Then they ordered me to undress, and when I refused , they began to beat me and choke me. I passed out, and when I woke up, I was naked ... ". The girl was raped, beaten and scared with a knife, forced to tell the camera her name and address. Then she was taken out of the apartment and taken to the train station to be sent to Kyrgyzstan. "Then they started fighting and arguing among themselves - to expel me or not, they say, why spend money on a ticket. Two of them dragged me out and took me to an unknown house."

The girl was forced to return to Kyrgyzstan, where she was persuaded to write a statement to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Jalal-Abad region.

Based on her statement, senior investigator Nurbek Alimbaev opened a criminal case against the suspects. A forensic medical examination was carried out. According to the investigator, the identities of the attackers are known, there are photographs of them. All of them live in Moscow. The investigation will be conducted at the scene of the crime. Kyrgyz law enforcement agencies are completing the collection of documents for transfer to colleagues in Moscow. This case will be under the supervision of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation. Earlier, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Russia stated that Russian law enforcement agencies will not initiate a criminal case on the fact bullying girls without a statement from the victims.

Later, another girl who suffered from the "patriots" was discovered, who in mid-May 2012 sent a letter with a story about what happened to the Russian police, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Moscow and on Radio Liberty.

According to the girl, it happened in September 2011. In one of the cafes in the city of Yekaterinburg, men "not Kyrgyz" approached the girls. After that, the "patriots" accused the women of flirting, forcibly put them in a car and drove away. Further, the young people " tied up our legs with wires, connected them to car battery and demanded that we repeat everything that they told us. They beat us all the time and poked us with something sharp. They threatened to kill us if we didn't speak to the camera ."

In July 2012, it became known that in Russia a criminal case initiated under the article "robbery". According to media reports, three people were detained. Altogether in the gang consisted of about 15 people aged 20 to 35 years. All of them, By according to the investigation, originally from the same region of Kyrgyzstan and have long known each other friend. A few years ago, the "patriots" were implicated in the kidnapping of their compatriot in Russia for the purpose of ransom. Among those who have already been caught - the leader of the gang, a 25-year-old young man, half Uzbek. The group operated in Moscow and Yekaterinburg with 2006. She has several dozen victims on her account.

It is reported that another of the victims of the "patriots" at the end of June 2011 committed suicide after returning home, "unable to bear bullying" fellow villagers.

Recall that in March and May 2012, videos appeared on the Internet in which representatives of the same Kyrgyz gang, who calls herself "Patriot", mock her compatriots for being they met with young people - immigrants from Tajikistan, or inappropriate, according to the attackers, way of life. One of the videos shows how another Kyrgyz girl - she does not look like more than 20 years - they beat her severely, and then they forcefully throw a piece on her head curb.
