In Kabardino-Balkaria, a criminal case has been initiated against an invisible person from the Center for Prescription

May 30 2012 Investigation Department for Nalchik of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic reported that a criminal case had been opened in Nalchik against an unidentified an employee of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Kabardino-Balkaria for Part 1 Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of official powers).

According to investigation, on January 11, 2012, an unknown CPE employee took from the desktop of the investigator of the first department of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the city of Nalchik, an agreement and the warrant of lawyer M.B. Temirzhanov, tore and put them in his pocket. Temirzhanov came to the investigator in order to to provide assistance to his client, who was detained the day before by police officers from the CPE.

Investigations are underway to establish the identity of the police officer who committed the crime. Investigation the criminal case is ongoing.
