Alexander Tarasov about the ban on "Blood&Honour"

There is nothing strange about the "Blood & Honor" ban, given that this is not a self-proclaimed group, as in the early 90s, but a recognized Russian division of an international organization. If "Blood & Honor" is banned, for example, in Germany and Spain, could not register in the Czech Republic and solely because of the complexity legal procedures are still not prohibited in the Netherlands, why should be surprised that the Russian branch fell under the ban? The ideology is the same and with the ability to disguise ideology with the help of verbal balancing act among our far right is much worse than their Western counterparts.

Another thing is that both "Blood & Honor", and, as it were, a "combat unit" "Blood & Honor" "Combat 18" is rather big name, promoted label than really serious organizations. Russian Division "Blood & Honor" formally exists since 1995, but something no outstanding organizational, propaganda and political successes are not listed for him. "Combat 18" is a more real phenomenon, really rooted in the Nazi skin environment, but also not at all powerful and not mass, moreover, known in at least two versions. On the one side, carried out "Combat 18 "street violence is a direct criminality, no one, of course, wants to" light up " and sit down, and this may be one of the reasons why so little is known personally members of both groups. On the other hand, the fact that their names become public known either posthumously, as was the case with Roman Chubrevich ("Roma Radio"), or in court, as with Sergei Golubev (Opera), as well as the fact that Combat 18 took over responsibility for blowing up the Nevsky Express and the fire at the Lame Horse club, testifies against the legend of "numerous and influential Nazi underground" "Combat 18". Numerous and influential underground groups do not try to become famous by attributing to themselves what they did not do, and their members somehow fail simply because of their large number and abundance of "combat incidents."

Of course, by the very content of the ideology and appeals, coming from "Blood & Honor" it was elementary to bring the organization under the ban for a long time. But I one gets the feeling that the Prosecutor General's Office has again defeated the predominant virtual enemy, thus once again demonstrating that she "fighting extremism". By the way, if “Combat 18” is an underground structure, then it doesn’t feel warm from the ban, no cold, it is already out of the legal field.
