In 2012, 15 Million Rubles Were Allocated Twice For The Repair Of The Hhs.

On the evening of May 31, 2012, Moscow authorities clarified the situation related to repair work at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior (CHS).

The Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow reported that the mayor’s cancellation of the order to carry out repair work was due to the fact that KhHS was included in the number of objects requiring repair, twice - by order of the government (which was canceled) and according to the “Targeted Investment Program (TIP) for 2012-2014". The scope of work and financing were identical.

According to the current Targeted Investment Program, 15 million rubles were allocated for the repair of the KHS in 2012.
