Krasnoyarsk: the decision to recognize the extremist book “The Russian Answer to the Jewish Question” has come into force

On June 1, 2012, the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office reported that the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court considered the complaint against the decision of the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of the city of Krasnoyarsk dated October 17, 2011 on the recognition of an extremist anti-Semitic book by Anatoly Bragin, Russian Answer to the Jewish Question.

The original decision was appealed by the publishing house OOO Russkaya Pravda-Press and Anatoly Bragin himself.

However, the regional court did not agree with the arguments of the cassation and left the decision of the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Krasnoyarsk is in force, but the complaint is not satisfied.

Recall that the book "The Russian Answer to the Jewish Question" has already been submitted to the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 1040).
