In June 2012 in the city of Kalach Voronezh region, local police officers discovered during monitoring Internet that a 16-year-old resident of the city published on his page in one from social networks, images containing Nazi symbols.
Despite the fact that such an act falls under Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (demonstration of Nazi symbols), the police decided to limit themselves holding a preventive conversation with a teenager.
Recall that Art. 20.3 The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation provides for punishment in the form of a fine, or - administrative arrest.
