The Childhood Center failed to appeal the court decision to transfer the land plot to the Holy Cross Monastery

May 31, 2012 Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal of Moscow upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, March 20 2012, which confirmed the seizure from rehabilitation center "Childhood" of the land plot and its transfer to the Krestovozdvizhensky Jerusalem Monastery for permanent perpetual use. Appeal the complaint of the center "Childhood" was left without satisfaction.

Recall that the conflict between the monastery and the rehabilitation center has been going on for several years. On June 26, 2012 in the Arbitration Court consideration of the next claim of the monastery is scheduled to the center "Childhood", filed with the court on December 12, 2011.
