Bailiffs, before the court decision came into force, seized the relics of saints kept by the ROAC

On June 4, 2012, the bailiff service arrested wooden tombs with the relics of Saints Euthymius and Euphrosyne of Suzdal in Iversky Synodal Church of the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church.

Recall that on May 24, 2012, the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region decided to transfer these relics to the regional territorial administration of the Federal Property Management Agency. By a court ruling of May 28, it was decided to arrest the relics. However, the court's decision is not yet entered into force, it can be appealed within a month.

Despite this, the bailiffs arrested the relics.
