Two Islamic publications recognized as extremist in Bashkiria
On June 9, 2012, it became known that the prosecutor's office of Miyakinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan conducted an audit of the implementation of the legislation on countering extremist activity. The audit revealed two articles "Submission of a Muslim to the orders of Allah", published in the newspaper "MiyakInform".
The conducted examination saw in them calls to hostile actions in relation to religion and signs of inciting hatred and enmity religious sign.
The District Attorney's Office applied to the court for recognition of these materials as extremist. The court upheld the demands prosecutors.
