The Don Muftiate and the Central Spiritual Directorate of Chuvashia became part of the RAIS

On June 13, 2012, it became known that during a meeting of the Russian Association of Islamic Accord ( All-Russian Muftiate ) held in Moscow, it was decided to accept the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Rostov Region (Don Muftiate ), the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Chuvash Republic , into this organization.

Both accepted organizations were previously members of the Council of Muftis.
