On June 8, 2012, it became known that in the city of Chapaevsk, Samara Region, the limited liability company City Management Company was fined for failing to take measures to destroy Nazi symbols from the wall of a building belonging to the organization.
On the facade of the house number 9 on Vatutina Street, Nazi symbols - the swastika - were depicted. The prosecutor's office of Chapaevsk made a submission to GUP LLC about the need to eliminate the violation. Measures to remove it were not taken, which contributed to further demonstrations. For this reason, the prosecutor's office initiated an administrative case, as a result of which the legal entity was fined.
At the stage of consideration are also the submissions of the city prosecutor and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Chapaevsk in relation to officials of law enforcement agencies and local governments in connection with the failure to fulfill the obligations imposed by the legislation on countering extremist activities.
