Experts found no signs of extremism in the book of Jehovah's Witnesses - the prosecutor's office demands a repeat study

In mid-June 2012, the results became known re-examination of the case on the recognition of the extremist book of the Witnesses Jehovah's "We Testify Thoroughly of God's Kingdom", which has been pending in the Uspensky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory since November 2011.

Experts from the Krasnodar Forensic Laboratory made conclusion that there are no signs of extremist material in the book.

However, the prosecutor's office petitioned the Uspensky District Court on the appointment of another examination - now in the Southern Regional Center for Judicial expertise (Rostov-on-Don), and June 6, 2012 the court granted the petition. The defense plans to appeal the judgment.
