On June 21, 2012, it became known that the Leninsky District Court Kirov found the 18-year-old supporter of "antifa" guilty under paragraphs. "a", "b" h. 1 st. 213 (hooliganism motivated by ideological hatred and enmity against social group) and p. "b" part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm motivated by ideological hatred or hostility towards any social group) and sentenced him to 160 hours of compulsory labor.
In a fight with skinheads in Kirov on August 20, 2011, the "antifa" slightly wounded the enemy with a knife.
The verdict did not enter into force.
Despite the fact that the sentence as a whole looks legitimate, we cannot agree with the wording regarding the social group. Recall we stand for the exclusion of this vague concept from the anti-extremist legislation. Besides, skinheads, in any case, are not vulnerable social group in need of protection.
