28 June 2012, the Federal List of Extremist materials”, paragraphs 1257-1271 were added to it. The list was supplemented by articles by Abu-t-Tanvir of the Caucasus from the site hunafa.com, anti-Tatar and anti-Russian files sent by e-mail, an article by blogger ogurcovoy about the conflict in children's camp "Don", a painting by Alexander Savko from the exhibition "Forbidden Art 2006".

Recall that these articles were posted by 26-year-old Alexander Arteev on the Internet in 2009-2010. under the pseudonym "Abu-t-Tanvir of the Caucasus". spring 2011 Maykop City Court sentenced A. Arteev under Part 1 of Art. 280 UK Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activities) and under part 1 Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for the implementation of a terrorist activities or public justification of terrorism) to 3 years and 6 months in prison freedom to serve time in a colony-settlement.

We are talking about the text of Irina Dedyukhova “About the new "kondopogi" in the children's camp" dedicated to the fight in the children's camp " Don " between teenagers from Chechnya and camp staff in the summer of 2010 of the year. Dedyukhova posted this material on her blog under the nickname “ogurcova” in July 2010. Recall that the picture of Alexander Savko's "Mickey Mouse's Journey Through Art History" was presented at the exhibition "Forbidden art 2006". This work is a modified engraving by Julius Schnorr von Karolsfeld with the Sermon on the Mount scene, where the figure of Christ is replaced by Mickey Mouse. In August 2011 it became known that The Zhukovsky District Court in Tarusa, Kaluga Region, recognized the painting extremist. This decision of the court was canceled on formal grounds. In December 2011, the Zhukovsky District Court of the Kaluga area when re-examined, despite the opinions of experts who argued that the picture does not contain signs of extremism, yet again recognized Savko's picture as extremist. In February 2012, the Kaluga Regional Court issued an appeal ruling on complaint against the December decision of the Zhukovsky District Court of the city of Tarusa.
