A criminal case has been opened in the Rostov region against the founder of the group "Ahli Sunna Wal-Jamaat"

On June 25, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Aksai district of the Rostov region announced the initiation of a criminal case against Aleikhanym Vakhid Kyzy Mikailova.

The accused in the social network "VKontakte" under the name of Aliya Mikayilova created a page of the group "AHLI SUNNAH WAL-JAMAAT", where from January to April 2012 she posted in the public domain materials calling for armed jihad, and statements "supporting the ideology and practice of terrorism ".

The case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) and under Part 1 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities and public justification of terrorism).
